Sommer School "o-Minimal Structures in Algebraic Geometry", September 9-13, 2019 Freiburg (HS II, SR 404, 403, 125, from Sep 09, 2019 09:00 AM to Sep 13, 2019 04:00 PM)
- Originating in model theory, o-minimality is a tameness property of real sets which enjoys important finiteness properties. O-minimal structures have recently found a number of important applications to algebraic and arithmetic geometry. The aim of this summer school is to provide an introduction to these ideas for an audience of non-experts.
